This is the ideal Dr. Balasaheb Vikhe Patil took it. He established a center of education at Pravaranagar to make education available to the common man in various fields of life. He cultivated the legacy of women's education from his father. It was considered the need of the hour to set up complexes for higher education of girls in technical and other fields across the country.
