To determine the relationship of an invasive isopod, Sphaeroma quoianum, to invertebrate community and sediment characteristics, three burrowed (B) transects and one unburrowed (N) transect were surveyed and sampled for abiotic conditions, invertebrate and sediment cores. Data from the abiotic conditions, sediment conditions, and invertebrate community are summarized in this file.
