Método neutrosófico multicriterio para la evaluación de los factores de riesgo y aspectos clínicos de la bronconeumonía bacteriana en terapia intensiva

Abstract

La Organización Mundial de la Salud define la neumonía por la presencia de signos respiratorios a la inspección y presencia de polipnea. Los factores de riesgo representan un importante papel, en la gravedad y muerte en las neumonías, especialmente la desnutrición por defecto. La investigación propuso un método neutrosófico multicriterio para la evaluación de los factores de riesgo y aspectos clínicos de la bronconeumonía bacteriana en terapia intensiva. Se realizó una investigación descriptiva con enfoque cualitativo, a través de una revisión documental, con revisión sistemática de diferentes documentos científicos. Como conclusión se observó que la neumonía intrahospitalaria, o neumonía nosocomial, es un proceso inflamatorio pulmonar de origen infeccioso que surge durante la hospitalización, 48 horas después. Determinadas situaciones clínicas, facilitan la aparición de las neumonías. En los pacientes alcohólicos, aparecen infecciones anaeróbicas mixtas. Las neumonías por Gram- se producen en pacientes inmunodeprimidos y hospitalizados. Como principales factores de riesgo se encuentran: edad, sexo, estancia hospitalaria, comorbilidad, estado inmunológico, aspiración de secreciones orofaríngeas, traqueostomía, intubación endotraqueal prolongada con ventilación mecánica, cirugía intraabdominal, la antibioticoterapia previa, el tipo de infección.
