In-service teacher education involves providing professional teachers and other teachers with continuous information related to their profession, and improving and developing professional qualities and skills. The system of in-service teacher training is provided to ensure appropriate instruction for the continuous development of teachers after they enter the teaching profession. Professional qualities are developed in teachers through in-service teacher education. Principals and teachers of teachers' schools who have completed twelve years of service have kept in mind the requirement to give the benefit of higher pay scales to such principals and teachers.
