MZBNa 286 (Holo. 1♂, Allo. 1♀), MZBNa 287 (Para. 4♂, 4♀). Type locality: Bukit Soeharto, Preserved Forest (0°51'S, 117°2'E, 50 m elevation); type host: Maxomys whiteheadi (small intestine–duodenum to middle of jejunum).
