This Pilot Experience was divided into two specific but related courses: Marine Energy Crash Course, led by Aquatera Ltd Offshore Wind energy Short course for VET trainers, led by CIFP Universidade Laboral The aim of these courses is to advance the exposure of the fast-developing offshore renewable energy (ORE) sector to a) those working in parallel or similar work streams in order to build the awareness and knowledge of the sector and ultimately to ensure that the skills requirements for this growing sector are met and b) VET teachers, since they are key in future generations of workers.
