If we want to achieve labor efficiency and its sustainability, we need to thoroughly study all the factors that positively and negatively affect it and create the necessary set of measures. In other words, labor processes need to be managed optimally using complex methods. It is known that labor and its efficiency are the largest economic and social synthetic indicator. At present, the growth of labor productivity is expressed in more effective development and use of human resources, especially their intellectual properties. This is confirmed by the active development of the digital economy and the growing demand for specialists with high intellectual qualities, including digital competencies. This trend is particularly determined by changes in the labor and employment model and the expansion of digital labor opportunities. In this regard, in order to increase labor productivity in the conditions of digitalization of all spheres of activity, it is necessary to form, develop and implement modern technologies for the use of intellectual resources. The article discusses the technologies of using intellectual property of labor resources in accordance with the modern realities of economic development in the context of the trend of digitalization.
