The current situation of doctoral candidates in Ukraine and their support in Poland - insights from the interviews /June 2022

Abstract

The presentation summerizes the first stage of the study on the situation of doctoral canddiates in Ukraine and their support schemes in Poland, conducted within the Project „Polish-Ukrainian Cooperation of Academic Stakeholder Organisations Representing Rectors for Improving University Performance” of Warsaw University of Technology which is funded by the Ministry of Education and Science of Poland. The in-depth interviews (5-7 in each country) were conducted with university administration responsible for doctoral training in Ukraine and Poland. The study will be continuing during next months.
