This article highlights the notions of an informed economy, the importance of information and communication technologies in the development and development of the national economy. In our society the notion of information economy is spreading widely. Actually, in this situation one question may be appeared: what information economy is. Broadly speaking, in the scientific literature Information economy is considered as an economic trend which studies the effects of information to the decision of information economy.
