Abstract

The implementation of reforms to improve the national legal system in our country after independence will serve to form a legal culture in society. The implementation of large-scale reforms has to some extent shaped respect for human rights and freedoms. However, a number of problems that hinder the development of legal awareness and legal culture of the population, increase legal literacy show the need to continue the work in this area.
