In article the analysis of current trends of development of system of additional professional education with application of new information technologies is carried out. One of main goals of professional education consists in formation of information competence is a readiness of pupils independently to work with information of various sources, to look for, analyze, transform, to apply information to the solution of problems. I developed methodical indications for all main sections of electrical equipment for carrying out laboratory and practical works. For modeling of electric circuits the trained use laboratory stands that allows to receive practical skills and to observe result of the activity. For increase of efficiency and quality of assimilation of knowledge text material is supplemented a flash presentations – schematically and visually presented abstracts of separate thematic sections accompanied by offscreen sounding that allows to use it at tuition by correspondence. Undoubted plus of this resource is existence of control tests. Unlike training, they don't give information on what answer in what task is true; the result is told to the user upon termination of testing and serves as an objective assessment of his knowledge. Therefore without information technologies, it is equal as without power, transport and chemical technologies, it can't normally function.
