This article discusses resource conservation in the construction of a low-rise residential building, the requirements for increasing the thermal protection of buildings and structures, the main consumers of energy. To save energy resources, a real reduction in energy consumption in individual residential buildings by increasing the level of thermal protection of enclosing structures is considered. Shown are the results of costs per 1 sq. m during turnkey construction from expanded polystyrene panels, energy savings in comparison with the brick version.
