As results of these turns, the historicism becomes radical and the epistemology assimilates the time and, in consequence, the social dimension. This new hypercritical perspective — especially expressed in the work of Michel Foucault — has great consequences to the Sociology of Education. From a Foucauldian point of view, the author discusses the disciplinarity and the counter-disciplinarity in the Brazilian pedagogic discourse in the last years. Keywords: Sociology of Education - Critic Theory - Historicism - Social Epistemology - Interdisciplinarity - Michel Foucault.
