Dear Mr Blower, I refer to your notes and memorandums, such as replacement of Park Warden Awash, Post Graduate Course, the landrover provided by Ford Foundation and various others. In one of your memo you said that I am anti British which is not true. Instead of this if you say I am anti flagrant layer or anti dishonest I would admit. I request that you cease at once your such insulting memorandums, otherwise I shall be obliged to take the appropriate legal step.
