This tool is a customized Life Cycle Cost calculator based on the National Agency for Public Procurement's of the Swedish government. Several improvements have been made. Like, a basic calculator of the light pollution impact and CO2 emissions based on the manofacturing process of LEDs and High Presure Sodium lamps. The current version is in development and in on validation process. To be used with care and only for validation purposes.
