The EIFL (Electronic Information for Libraries) 2021 Annual Report covers achievements and activities of EIFL in promoting access to knowledge in 2021. EIFL has four core programmes: EIFL Copyright and Libraries Programme; EIFL Licensing Programme; EIFL Open Access Programme and EIFL Public Library Innovation Programme.
