Abstract

The article is devoted to disclosing the concept of "business ethics". The necessity of introducing specific conducting of economic activity through the decision of social problems is considered. The principles that ensure the nature of the relationship between the macro-subjects of society's social and economic structure (organizations, state, society) are indicated. The problems that arise concerning the criteria of an ethical business organization are indicated. Finally, mechanisms that will help to implement ethical principles, norms, rules and standards in the realities of business life are analyzed. The author notes that corporate culture aims to ensure the high profitability of the company by improving human resource management to ensure employee loyalty to management and decisions, which maximizes the effectiveness of production management and quality improvements in the company as a whole. The author concludes that business exists in a complex ethical world, where the main thing is to avoid unethical steps in the relationship. Humane management is more effective than aggressive. The strategic goals of the company are easier to achieve based on ethical principles. Business ethics - business ethics based on honesty, openness, loyalty to the world, the ability to function effectively in the market in accordance with applicable law, established rules and traditions. In business, there are usually three components: the entrepreneur, business conditions, and business ethics. Undoubtedly, the main figure of modern business is a businessman who is constantly ready to take risks, with the ability to overcome any obstacles on the way to the goal, with his freedom in making management decisions and creative thinking. Business ethics can increase profits. In particular, it helps maintain the loyalty of existing customers and win the affection of new ones. To this end, before investing in fixed assets, have to spend a lot of money and time on the formation of ethics and culture of the firm and the appropriate training of its employees. The concept of business ethics is inextricably intertwined with the concept of "corporate culture", which is becoming a key prerequisite for success in business around the world.
