Coleoxestia rubromaculata (Gounelle, 1909) Xestia rubro-maculata Gounelle, 1909: 612. Coleoxestia rubromaculata; Aurivillius, 1912: 65 (cat.); Monné, 2016: 99 (cat.). Remarks. For complete bibliography see Monné (2016). This species was described from Brazil (Goiás), based on a single specimen (probably female, according to Gounelle 1909). Currently it is known from Nicaragua, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil (Rondônia, Mato Grosso, Goiás, Federal District) (Monné 2016). We examined a couple from Peru and a male from French Guiana (new country records). Material examined. PERU, San Martin: NNE Tarapoto (km 33 on Yurimaguas Rd., 485 m), 1 male, 13.X.2012, J. E.
