Learning is a particular type of learning model that using a mobile technology that can be support individual learning with different types of computer technology. Mobile learning is considered as attractive due to that it is enables learner to obtain the information, socialize and communicate. Mobile learning is defined as “any kind of learning that take place in learning spaces and environment that consider technology transfer, learner mobility, and learning mobility”, as well as mobile learning can be define as consumption technology in teaching and learning to transfer information’s. In higher education, mobile learning used to implementing online learning activities in the COVID 19 pandemic. Mobile applications have become an educational platform that is very convenient for communicating with learners and can be used to support the learning and teaching process. Previous studies for mobile learning in higher education with the rapid development of the recent technology confirms that mobile learning offers opportunities and facilities for students and teachers, particularly in the field of higher education.
