Those files (Spreadsheet of observations of coseismic deformation features, Surface rupture shapefile) are in support of the paper submitted to Geophysical Journal International. The data have been collected by the coauthors of this paper, implemented in the files by them, and the database has been processed and verified by SB, AT, SP.
