This article views the correleation of innovative management of colleges with the quality of teaching and education. It also tries to analyze their structural modellings through the critical and normal educational conditions. By the opinion of the author, the offered models of correlation can facilitate to better the prognoses not only on what happens in teaching, but also work out the necessary preventions and predictions for the future. The study recommends working out the readily available measures through such correlative models to enhance the awareness about some undesirable side effects that may arise in critical situations as pandemics, mass lock downs and so on.
