Abstract

Artikel ini terkait inovasi pelayanan publik yang dilakukan oleh Pengadilan Agama Tanjung Pati melalui SIMPATIK sebagai upaya mewujudkan pelayanan yang efektif dan efesien. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Rogers yang mengukur variabel atribut inovasi dengan 5 hal yakni keuntungan relatif (relatif advantage); kesesuaian (compatibility); kerumitan (complexity); kemungkinan dicoba (triability); dan kemudahan diamati (observability).
