Abstract

Dengan adanya E-government dalam membantu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik yang ada di Indonesia. dengan adanya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi ialah suatu kebutuhan termasuk dalam proses penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Menurut Forman, Penerapan Sistem informasi Manajemen pada pemerintahan dikenal menggunakan istilah Electronic Government yang secara umum dapat diartikan menjadi pengguna teknologi informasi buat mentransformasikan kegiatan pemerintahan yang tujuannya agar bisa meningkatkan efektivitas serta efisiensi penyelenggaraan pelayanan. Adapun contoh penerapan E-Government di Bukittinggi yaitu aplikasi SICANTIK di Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu, Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Bukittinggi. Aplikasi SICANTIK muncul setelah adanya Inpres No. 3 Tahun 2003 yang berisi tentang pengembangan E-gov dalam menyelenggarakan kepemerintahan berbasis elektronik dalam rangka untuk peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik agar mencapai tujuan yang di inginkan, dan adanya PP No 97 Tahun 2014 yang berisi penyelenggaraan Perizinan dan Non Perizinan oleh Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu harus menggunakan pelayanan secara elektronik. Mengenai Pelayanan terpadu satu pintu daerah dapat dijelaskan dalam Peraturan mentri dalam negri No 138 Tahun 2017
