GreenCharge Project Deliverable: D2.19 Full-Scale Pilot Implementation for Smart Charge and EV Fleet Management

Abstract

This deliverable presents the implementation of each demonstrator of the Barcelona Pilot. The components used were previously described on the deliverable D2.18 Pilot Component Preparation for Full-scale Pilot (Barcelona). All the developments and adaptations needed for the integrated prototypes for the first iteration have been done for the 3 demonstrators, although the hardware installation has been delayed for some of the demonstrators. The table below shows the status of each demonstrator per 9 April 2021, indicating when fully completed or work is still on progress. Demonstrator Task Comments Status MOTIT Software development/adaptation Communication issues with battery management system caused delays on implementation Fully completed MOTIT Hardware installation Fully completed MOTIT Configuration Fully completed MOTIT Full tests Fully completed MOTIT Start data acquisition Automatic data collection: on going Fully completed Eurecat Software development/adaptation Hardware installation completed in Cerdanyola premises. Additional premises are planned for 2nd iteration Fully completed Eurecat Hardware installation Fully completed Eurecat Configuration Fully completed Eurecat Full tests Fully completed Eurecat Start data acquisition Static baseline: on going Automatic data collection: on going Fully completed e-bike sharing Software development/adaptation Fully completed e-bike sharing Hardware installation Bike batteries, charge points, PV panel and stationary battery are all installed.
