AimSeg validation dataset

Abstract

AimSeg validation images. The dataset includes transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images of the corpus callosum (CC) of adult mice undergoing remyelination. Additionally, the dataset also includes an annotated ground truth for both the instance segmentation of the fibres and the semantic segmentation of the axon, the inner cytoplasmic tongue and the myelin.
