Vocational education development is identified as one of the important tasks in the strategic breakthrough of high-quality human resources. In that context, the issue of developing high-quality human resources in vocational education in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution in Vietnam today is a matter of theoretical and practical significance. From the philosophical and social philosophical approach, the article analyzes and clarifies practical and theoretical issues related to high-quality human resources in vocational education in the context of the industrial revolution. 4.0 in Vietnam today. The article is structured with four contents related to: high quality human resources in vocational education and basic roles; posed problems and causes of the situation in developing quality human resources. high quality for vocational education in the context of the current industrial revolution 4.0; basic solutions towards developing high-quality human resources in vocational education in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution.
