Abstract

The article highlights the problems of education, the development of education in Azerbaijan, the emergence of pedagogy as a science, the education system in some leading countries, the emergence of a system of pedagogical sciences, the place of comparative pedagogy in the system of pedagogical sciences, the interpretation of concepts «comparative pedagogy», «comparative education», «comparative ethnopedagogics», «comparativistics" by pedagogues of different countries of the world. The aim of the research is to explore the factors that influence the theory and practice of teaching in the modern world, to provide a comparative analysis of the consequences of their impact on the school and pedagogy of countries in the same socio-economic system, to identify the most current, common problems and trends in education throughout the world, to study and summarize positive experiences, to explore and to provide a comprehensive explanation of the positions of comparative pedagogy in the field of upbringing and education, the concrete pedagogy and the concrete ideas and forms of the influence of modern pedagogical theories on the development of pedagogy and school in developed countries.

Məqalədə təhsil problemlərindən, Azərbaycanda təhsilin inkişafından, pedaqogikanın bir elm kimi meydana çıxmasından, bəzi aparıcı ölkələrin təhsil sistemlərindən, pedaqoji elmlər sisteminin yaranmasıdan, pedaqoji elmlər sistemində müaqayisəli pedaqogikanın yerindən söhbət açılır, dünyanın müxtəlif hissələrindən olan pedaqoqların «müqayisəli pedaqogika», «müqayisəli təhsil», «müqayisəli etnopedaqogika», «komparativistika » anlayışları şərh edilir. Həmçinin tədqiqatın məqsədi, müasir dünyada təlim-tərbiyənin nəzəriyyə və təcrübəsinə təsir göstərən amilləri tədqiq etmək, onların eyni sosial-iqtisadi sistemə məsub ölkələrdəki məktəb və pedaqogikaya təsirinin nəticələrinin müqayisəli təhlilini vermək, dünyada maarifin inkişafında ən aktual, ümumi problem və meylləri bütövlükdə müəyyənləşdirilmək, xarici ölkələrdə olan müsbət təcrübəni öyrənmək və ümumiləşdirmək, böyüməkdə olan nəslin tərbiyəsi və təhsili sahəsində müqayisəli pedaqogikanın mövqelərinin, müasir pedaqoji nəzəriyyələrin inkişaf etmiş ölkələrdə pedaqogika və məktəbin inkişafına göstərdiyi təsirin konkret ideya və formalarının əsaslandırılmış şəkildə tədqiq etmək və müfəssəl izahat verməkdir.
