Open Science and Open Access. Why and how to guarantee openness to knowledge

Abstract

Open Science is all about collaboration and sharing, but how to do it in practice? After outlining some of the ideas and motivations behind Open Science, the presentation focused on practical aspects and in particular on Open Access and the tools available to navigate, search for useful resources and handle practical issues. The presentation was held on February 23, 2022, for the University of Milan Bicocca, in the context of the SURFICE research project.
