Habitats: Dina lineata occurs in smaller or medium-sized stagnant and running water bodies or in springs in lowlands (150–250 m a.s.l.); rarely also in pond or river littorals in mid-elevations (about 450 m a.s.l.). Status: Dina lineata is a rare species in natural habitats and commonly collected only in some lowland areas of the Czech Republic.
