Genus Echinomuricea Verril, 1869 Remarks. Although only a small number of Echinomuricea species have been described, Kükenthal (1924: 186) lists only 16, most descriptions lack sufficient detail to appreciate what are the characters of the species concerned. Therefore we consider it impossible to identify species of this genus with any certainty.
