Abstract

Namalycastis hawaiiensis (Johnson) Lycastis hawaiiensis Johnson, 1903 Lycastis ranauensis Feuerborn, 1931 b Ecology: FW Distribution: OL, AU, PAC Habitat: LR, PT Comments: The widespread Indo-Pacific distribution of this species, and its association with plant container habitats (phytotelmata) and aquaculture ponds (e.g., the shrimp Macrobrachium sp.) may indicate humanassisted translocation has occurred.
