Capistrata species-group Members of the Capistrata species-group have a complete series of c setae, a convex notogastral shield with a lateral and anterior transverse hyaline strip, setae c 3 on well-developed apophyses, the lamellar apophyses flattened and converging apically and the caudal apophyses bi-lobed, with those of h 2 typically the longest (Colloff, 2009b).
