Abstract

Dendrobaena illyrica (Cognetti, 1906) Helodrilus (Dendrobaena) illyricus Cognetti, 1906: 1. Helodrilus (Dendrobaena) illyricus var. hintzei Michaelsen, 1907: 189. Dendrobaena illyrica var. hintzei: Wilcke 1949: 180; Zuck 1951: 128. Dendrobaena illyrica: Graff 1953b: 27; Easton 1983: 478; Blakemore 2008: 30. Ecology. Epigeic species that occurs in humic forest soils (Bösener 1965). Zoogeographical distribution type. Occurs only in Germany, Austria and former Yugoslavia (Rota 2014: Fauna Europaea). Classified as “illyric” by Stojanovic et al. (2013). Distribution in Germany. Eastern Germany (Wilcke 1949; Bösener 1965; La France 2002).
