Central to eastern Turkey and southern Turkey to the Levant (Syria, Jordan, Israel and Palestine). Pollen hosts. Probably oligolectic on Allium (Alliaceae): all 20 pollen loads (6 localities, 3 countries) analyzed so far exclusively consisted of Allium pollen. Nesting biology. Unknown.
