16. Eurema (Eurema) brigitta brigitta (Stoll, 1780) WL: 18mm. A savanna species centred on the Guinea savanna and common in Guinea-Bissau. The nominate subspecies occurs throughout most of sub-Saharan Africa and south-western Arabia. The caterpillars are polyphagous, feeding on several Hypericaceae and Fabaceae. Studied material.
