Abstract

L'��pid��mie de Covid-19 affecte depuis f��vrier 2020 des pans entiers de l'��conomie mondiale. Singulier et atypique, le secteur de l'��conomie cr��ative est frapp�� durement sur le plan ��conomique mais ��galement dans son identit�� et son organisation. Ces quatre notes se proposent de : (1) rappeler l'histoire des programmes d'aide �� la culture mis en place par le pass��, notamment durant la grande d��pression de 1929 ; (2) analyser la situation actuelle des secteurs culturels, �� la fois dans leur ensemble et, dans leur singularit��, secteur par secteur ; (3) pr��senter les donn��es statistiques d��j�� disponibles en faisant, enfin, (4) une s��rie de propositions articul��es avec les acteurs concern��s.
