Abstract

In Deutschland wird insbesondere in der Schweine- und Geflügelfütterung nach wie vor ein großer Anteil des Proteinfutterbedarfs aus Importsoja gedeckt. Zum Großteil wird das Soja aus den USA, Argentinien und Brasi­lien importiert und ist gentechnisch verändert. Körnerleguminosen wie Ackerbohne und Kör­nererbse haben neben Rapsextraktionsschrot das Potential, Sojaextraktionsschrot (SES) in Futterrationen von Schweinen, Geflügel und Rindern zumindest teilweise zu ersetzen. In Germany, a large proportion of the protein feed requirement is still covered by imported soya, especially in pig and poultry feed. Most of the soya is imported from the USA, Argentina and Brazil and is genetically modified. Grain legumes such as field bean and grain pea, along with rapeseed extraction meal, have the potential to at least partially replace soybean extraction meal (SES) in feed rations for pigs, poultry and cattle.
