Abstract

Dieser Artikel gibt einen ��berblick ��ber Erkenntnisse aus L��ngsschnittstudien zu Risiko- und Schutzfaktoren f��r Jugendliche mit besonderem F��rderbedarf beim ��bergang von der Schule ins Berufsleben. Grunds��tzlich bew��hren sich die neuen niederschwelligen Ausbildungsangebote. Die Lernenden sind meist zufrieden bei der Ausbildung und nach dem Abschluss oft gut integriert. Es gibt jedoch eine zunehmende Anzahl Jugendlicher, welche M��he haben, im Erwerbsleben Fuss zu fassen. Damit sich die Situation verbessern kann, m��ssen individuelle L��sungen gefunden werden. Cet article donne un aper��u des r��sultats obtenus dans le cadre d�����tudes longitudinales au sujet des facteurs de risque et des facteurs de protection qui concernent les jeunes �� besoins ��ducatifs particuliers au moment de la transition entre la scolarit�� et la vie professionnelle. Les nouvelles offres de formation moins exigeantes ont globalement fait leurs preuves ; les personnes en formation se disent g��n��ralement satisfaites de leur formation et elles sont souvent bien int��gr��es une fois leur formation achev��e. Cependant, on observe qu���un nombre croissant de jeunes a de la peine �� prendre pied dans la vie active. Une situation qui ne pourra s���am��liorer si l���on ne parvient pas, dans ces cas-l��, �� trouver des solutions individuelles.
