Kiener, pl. 9, fig. 1); 1098/3/3: 68 x 31 mm; 1098/3/4: 54.5 x 27 mm. Locality on the label: Australie. Current taxonomic position: Pleuroploca australasia (Perry, 1811); placed in synonymy with Pleuroploca australasia by Wilson (1994): 74. Locality is southeastern Australia.
