Summary and conclusions of the "Meeting with Women Leaders" organized by the B4W program on October 8, 2021, within the framework of the inauguration activities of the BSC-Repsol building. The activity had the general purpose of connecting BSC staff with leading Spanish women in different fields of research, business, and politics, with the main idea of changing the existing perspective and perception towards women leaders, understanding the development of their professional career, and providing references to the centre's researchers.
