The paper explores some significant convergences between Paulo Freire���s pedagogy and feminist pedagogies. In particular, it focuses on some souls of feminism: Italian Feminism of Difference, Black Feminism, Latin American Decolonial Feminism and their pedagogical declinations. It also takes into consideration the criticisms that have been leveled by feminist thinkers at Freire in relation to the concept of oppression, the dialectic of the master-slave and the exclusive use of the masculine in his early writings. In this way, it intends to contribute to expand the Freirian perspective starting from a dialogue with feminism.
