This study was supported by funding to the Blue Brain Project, a research center of the cole polytechnique fdrale de Lausanne, from the Swiss government's ETH Board of the Swiss Federal Institutes of Technology. E.B.M. received additional support from the CHU Sainte-Justine Research Center (CHUSJRC), the Institute for Data Valorization (IVADO), the Canada CIFAR AI Chairs Program, the Quebec Institute for Artificial Intelligence (Mila) and Google. R.B.P. and J.DF. received support from the Spanish "Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovacin" (grant PGC2018-094307-B-I00).
This dataset contains all (>1000) cell pairs as the Blue Brain Projects EModelRunner packages as well as analysis code and analysed data used for the figures of our preprint: "A calcium-based plasticity model predicts long-term potentiation and depression in the neocortex". This is only a draft version! Additional analysis files and documentation will follow in the upcoming days. Updates: v1.1 (31/12/2021): updated READMEs within cell_packages, added 2 extra authors for their contribution in EModelRunner. v1.2 (31/12/2021): same as v1.1 but w/o MacOS junk

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
