HyperSpy is an open source Python library which provides tools to facilitate the interactive data analysis of multi-dimensional datasets that can be described as multi-dimensional arrays of a given signal (e.g. a 2D array of spectra a.k.a spectrum image). This is a minor release that includes bug fixes and the following new features and enhancements. NEW Transposing (changing signal spaces). Protochips log reader. Enhancements fit() takes a new algorithm, the global optimizer differential evolution. fit() algorithm, leastsq, inherits SciPy’s bound constraints support (requires SciPy >= 0.17). fit() algorithm names changed to be consistent scipy.optimze.minimize() notation.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 47 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Top 10% | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Top 10% | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Top 10% |
