Abstract

Title: Metapopulation-level associations in positively interacting stream fishes Author: Seoghyun Kim, Christine L. Dolph, and Akira Terui File Descriptions data_gis folder: 4 GeoPackage files. figure folder: 3 figures (Fig. 1, 2) in the manuscript and 1 figure (Appendix S2) in the appendix. analysis_GLMM.R: main analysis (generalized linear mixed model) using R package glmmTMB. analysis_correlation_test.R: Spearman correlation test based on metapopulation occupancy of five focal species and abiotic variables. analysis_moran_index.R: Spatial auto-correlation test (Moran' I) based on a binomial generalized linear model (null model). Note that the raw data are not available in this repository due to licensing issues.
