Supplemental data for distanced-based redundancy analysis R code (paired with dbRDA.csv and colour_cg_nw.csv), nMDS R Code (paired with RelArea_No16.csv), permanova R code (paired with FAME_FattyAcids_1.csv and enviro_permanova.csv), SIBER R code (paired with convexhulldata.csv), original unaltered isotope data (CruzO 4Trays CN 1019 Raw Isotope Data.csv), and SIMMR R code (paired with clams_data_Scenario1.csv and clams_data_Scenario2.csv).
