Halacarus fuscatus Bartsch 1993

Abstract

Halacarus fuscatus Bartsch, 1993 Report associated with sponges: This species was reported among sponges and corals from Duke point,southwestern Australia Bartsch (1993c); among corallines on demosponge from just below water line from Esperance, Duke of Orleans Bay (Bartsch 2007); also extracted from an epiflora growing on seagrass, algal fronds and sponges from southwestern Australia (Bartsch 2007). Remarks: This species was also reported associated with seagrass Amphibolis sp. from Bickley Bay, Rottnest Island, and Duke of Orleans Bay, Western Australia (Bartsch 1993c, 2007).
