INVESTIGATION OF A NEW DESIGN TRASH COMPRESSOR BIN (TCB)

Abstract

Nowadays, the trash has become more visible and observed around public places where the Municipal cleaners are not available everyday such as football pitches, public parking, and parks which causes environmental pollution and leaves negative impacts on tourism. As an article in United Arab Emirates Ministry of climate change & environment reports that 2.1kg of trash is produced in daily basis due to high population growth and economic development. In other words, this environmental issue is mainly caused by population growth. By using innovated ideas and technologies, the consequences of this problem can be minimized. There are major projects can reduce the waste and there are minor ones. The concentration will be on compressing the trash. The concept of this idea is to use compressing methods to save time and effort of people which are three in the market, manual, hydraulic and automatic. Manual and hydraulic requires people’s effort to do the action, however the automatic one works by electricity and more suitable in places where the cleaners are low and doesn’t require effort to use. In addition, there are limitations of features on some of the products. For example, some of products work by solar energy, but can’t work indoors using electricity. Some of them have both but doesn’t have safety system. Our proposed idea will have extra features that will make the automatic bin more efficient and useful for the society.
