A collection of 40 optical micrographs of Titanium-64, taken from different regions of a forged billet. The images comprise two morphologies, bi-modal and lamellar. The first 20 images (Ti64_0.jpg - Ti64_19.jpg) correspond to the bi-modal morphology. The remaning 20 images (Ti64_20.jpg - Ti64_39.jpg) corrrespond to lamellar. This dataset was comprised to test machine learning algorithms for classification of microstructures.
