Bathycadulus fabrizioi has a widespread distribution throughout the Southern Indian Ocean extending to the New Caledonia area in the tropical western Pacific Ocean. Live specimens were captured off Reunion Island and South Africa. In New Caledonia only two shells were found at the same depth range.
