For a description of this species, see Schuchert (1997). Caribbean records. Puerto Rico (Fraser 1937), Nevis (Van Gemerden-Hoogeveen 1965), Caribbean coast of Panama (Calder & Kirkendale 2005). World distribution. Known only from the Caribbean.
